The election took place prior to the establishment of the {{Lvl|Hveden Federation}}, which would form on 1 July 2302. As such, election procedures were slightly different and were held with separate rules in each of the ten members taking part. Five candidates ran, and the incumbent {{Lvl|President of Kusfeld}} {{Lvl|Maar Skalgar}} representing the {{Lvc|United Party of the Hveden Federation|United Party}} won the election with 46.7%, a margin of 10.5pp over second place {{Lvl|Rasel Bardot}} representing the {{Lvc|National Party of the Hveden Federation|National Party}} who won 36.2% of the vote.
