The '''2460 Nieuwbourg assembly election''' was held on 24 January 2460, to elect 50 members to the [[Nieuwbourg Assembly]]. This was the first election under the new system to have all parties electable under proportional representation. It resulted in the incumbent Socialists, led by Eleanor Marines, win 38 seats. This gave them a 26-seat majority, and saw an increase of 4 seats. The Liberal party came second, winning just 9 seats, a decrease of 7 seats. The remaining three seats were given individually to the Nationalists, Alliance, and the Conservatives respectively. Overall, the expansion to further parties hurt the right-wing more than the left, and the incumbents managed to increase their vote share despite this.
