The '''Ceironian National Industrial Conglomerate (CNIC)''', is a Ceironian multinational, multi-industry military and consumer goods manufacturer headquartered in [[Kashini City]], [[Kashini]], Ceironian Union. It was created through a restructuring of the [[Ceironian National Arms Corporation]] on May 18, 2454, and became the parent company of the Inron Arms Company, Latango Arms Incorporated, Spania General Arms and North Kashini Arms. Later on, upon branching outside of military-industrial manufacturing, additional companies were either founded by or absorbed into the corporation, namely Nimroy-Hawkings Co, the Kashini Extraterrestrial Company, Svantara Fusion Inc and the Mass-Calculator Company, for the full list, see [[List of Mergers and Acquisitions by the CNIC|list of mergers and acquisitions by the CNIC]]. The [[Nimroy Family]] have remained as the controlling shareholders, board members, and employees at the CNIC for most of its history, aside from a hiccup in 2463 to 2475 generally known as the VolgovZhdanov Period.
