'''Henry II''' (Henry James Philip Hyrette, 10 March 1752{{En - dash}}16 October 1824) was the 4th [[Duchy of Wynnoa|Duke of Wynnoa]], and the [[Monarchy of Empherias|Prins Regent of Empherias]] under [[Edelgard I]] from 1805 to 1814. Despite not reigning over Empherias, or holding the title of Rijkse or regent, [[Henry I]] used the regnal number of the first and Henry II respected his father's wishes and took the regnal number of two despite being the first.
