The first was Zalaşar Joa of Zgjõplau who died in a freak accident on 19 December 2462, and the second was Diega Maneli of Gaupé who died of old age on 30 December 2462. Both by-elections were scheduled simultaneously for Thursday 15 February 2463, amid budget discussions. |
