The Karkuss Oil Crisis, sometimes referred to as the Fazar-Karkuss War or Third Oil War was a conflict that occurred within the west durbian sea from May, 2448 to October, 2449 . The event was significant in Fazar's attempt to secure the region under it's own influence, alongside the Fazarian Oil Company securing oil fields in the area.
