Peter Gauvin, Duke of Wilsby

Lord Peter Gauvin, 1st Duke of Wilsby was an Empheri noble statesman and expert in foreign policy. He served as a member of the Council of the Five, unofficially as a Minister of Foreign Affairs. He had served time as an Ambassador to Vreitrijk for a time and was appointed as a Noble Royal Courtier before his death.
