It was fought between three sides for undisputed control over the [[East Qateshi Sea]] and the island of [[Heboi]]. The numerous guerrilla cells of Liberal and [[Nulist loyalists]] appeared in the countryside, while the [[Vyllitareh of Heboi]] made a coalition with the OFN, specifically the nations of Dai Shun, and the [[Suton|Sutonese]] and [[Solan|Solanese republics]]. The GEDU, primarily [[Ceironia]], supported the [[Freedom Fighters of Heboi]]. These three factions would fight with victory declared by the OFN and the Vyllitareh in 2481.
