Nayrodan or Nërodan (English = People's Assemblies) are the basic units of democratic organization in Sinkayya and an essential part of Yaxovist organizational theory.

Due to their nature, delegates' mandates follow a principle of revocability, that if the majority of their represented decides necessary so, their mandate may be called back at any time if a convention by those is set.
