Rosetta, known officially as Empherias' 1st congressional district is a constituency to return a single member to the House of Representatives of the High Kingdoms of Alaxia. It was created in 2449 and is currently held by Elizabeth Battersby of the Red Bloq, who was first elected in a by-election in 2514, triggered by the previous holder, Viktoria Brandst, winning the Presidency. It has a population of 658,256.
