The empire was declared following the unification of all Durbinian-speaking states by Emperor Karka I in 1949. It was dissolved by the Lothyran commander Ralda during its surrender in the Beletharian wars. A new government set up in the old capital of Durbin proclaimed the Second Republic of Durbinia led by a Lothyran-aligned military officer. |

the Southern Empire of Karkuss, officially Tsalaim Klayitz die Karkuss, was an imperial state that ruled Karkuss from 1949 to 2259.
The empire was declared following the unification of all Durbinian-speaking states by Emperor Karka I in 1949. It was dissolved by the Lothyran commander Ralda during its surrender in the Beletharian wars. A new government set up in the old capital of Durbin proclaimed the Second Republic of Durbinia led by a Lothyran-aligned military officer.
