The Ahitereiran Second Division or Taş Ya Kaicede, is the second highest level of the Open Ahitereiran Katabola League System. Contested by 20 clubs with a system of promotion and relegation inside the Ahitereiran Katabola League (AKL). Seasons run typically from January to November with an interval in July and August, with each team playing a total of 38 matches (playing all other teams home and away). Most games are played during weekends and holidays, with occasional weekdays having fixtures assigned to them.
