International Concord Proposals to End the War
The International Concord made several attempts to see an end to the fighting,

Proposal 2500-02-1
Vernikian Proposal - To recognize the Free Cralasian State and admit them to the International Concord - Failed, ~57% Against

Proposal 2500-06-1
Skurian Proposal - To recognize the Cralasian Free State and admit them to the International Concord, provided they drop all of their claims in IC member states - plebiscites will be held in these lands to determine ownership instead. The plebiscites being held will be a direct requirement for the Free State's recognition. - Passed, ~55% Support

Proposal 2500-06-2
Vernikian Proposal - To allow Cralas temporary participation in the IC as a speaker for the specific purpose of plebiscite & peace negotiations. - Passed, ~53% Support

Proposal 2501-04-1
Vernikian Proposal - To sanction Ciyuga and Solan for deploying troops to Northwest Qatesh, and thus risking escalation of the conflict. - Failed, ~56% Against

Proposal 2501-04-2
Vernikian Proposal - That 1) IC Peacekeepers will be deployed to combat internal ethnic violence within the Cralasian Free States. and 2) IC Liaisons and observers will be embedded into the Cralasian Ground Forces to oversee Cralasian military actions and discourage violations of the IC Charter. - Vetoed by ICSC

Proposal 2501-04-3
Ciyugan Proposal - To temporarily make those areas to receive a plebiscite autonomous within both Sinnamahong and Yasja-Kanushpra, putting them under the control of the rightful owners regarding international recognition. After a period of 30 years the plebiscite will be held in both countries in a regional way to let the people choose their own destiny. The autonomous areas would be demilitarized for the time being to avoid conflict. - Vetoed by ICSC

SC Proposal 2501-11-1
International Concord Security Committee Proposal for Peace in North-Western Qatesh

SC Proposal 2501-12-1
SC Proposal 2502-01-1
International Concord-Free Cralas Peace Agreement

Trivia
Due to time bubble shenanigans during the RP, most of the International Concord resolutions around the war were originally dated incorrectly. These were later retconned to be ~2 years earlier. IE: December 2503 -> December 2501.
