Veli Miski Rauhallinen (born 2480), also known as Vapaasra, is a Palakkine–Grensalbourgish politician and statesman who has served as President of the Free Palak Republic of Mijguer, an unrecognised break-away state in Grensalbourg, since September 2523. He was the first President of the FPRM to not have previous experience in the armed forces, and is the second longest serving. He oversaw the first meetings with the leadership of Grensalbourg in 2525.
