The Industrial Revisionist Alliance, also referred to simply as the IRA, is a transnational militant anti-technology terrorist coalition and former political party centred in Ginsukyo. It was founded by Teodora Kajinsuki in 2479 as a University of Eientei society. Initially promoting anti-technology through peaceful dialogue, the Great War would lead to a radicalisation of the IRA. Throughout the 2480s and 90s, the group would serve as the largest Coalismat aligned terrorist organisation within International Concord territories. They would be responsible for terror incidents such as the 2488 cobalt Bombing and igniting the Ruskvi Civil War.

It would gain regional prominence in 2480 with the publication of the A Notice to all Nations, a paper scrutinising the rapid acceleration of technology during the early Renaissance. The IRA would by 2481 expand beyond being a university club and register as a political organisation, first in Ginsukyo, then in 2482 within both the Ceironian Union and Altan. Throughout the 2480s IRA would become further radicalised as a result of the Great War's catastrophic global effects, in 2484 the organisation had began to conduct operations to undermine the International Concord technology and military sectors. By 2487 the IRA had mustered a total 58 seats in the National Diet of Ginsukyo, along with having over 200,000 party members. As the movement gained traction across Oikia, the boldness of its illegal activities grew. On the 10th of April, 2488, the IRA's responsibility for the cobalt bombing of Jara was revealed, leading to a crackdown on IRA activities.

Following the incident, the Concord Congress declared the organisation a terror group, whilst the Coalismat moved to support the IRA as an asset in undermining the Concord war effort, of which Kajinsuki accepted. Across the remainder of the World War the IRA would disrupt the Concord, after the war's end in 2499, the organisation continued to commit acts of terror. The IRA achieved its territorial peak in 2505, predominantly holding territory in Ruskvi. As the post-war recovery settled in, the membership and popularity of the IRA gradually declined until the Battle of Noosa in 2531 which saw the last of their Oikian territory permanently lost. Remote hideouts continue to exist on Oikia, whilst reports of IRA colonies in the Local Interstellar Community are being probed as of June 2550.
