The 2310 Hveden Federation presidential election took place between 1 April 2310 to 28 June 2310 to elect the President of the Hveden Federation. The winner would enter office on 1 July 2310. 73.4% of the population were eligible to vote, and there was a recorded turnout of 47.11%. Maar Skalgar won re-election with 60.52% of the vote, against Eleanor Es Gala's 19.57%, a margin of 40.95pp, the largest in Hveden history. Skalgar achieved 44 million votes, up 10 million from the previous election, and a margin of 30 million against second place Gala's 14 million.
The Progressive Party and the People Party did not run candidates. The People Party endorsed the United Party candidate incumbent Maar Skalgar. The Progressives did not endorse anybody, but did not want to spoil the vote as the National Party being in power would not benefit progressives. The National Party put forward Eleanor Es Gala, a longstanding MP, as their candidate. The Conservative Party renominated Frederick Mentz who wished to take advantage of continuing National decline. Matkalvina Party of Nationalists renominated Mersey Turpitz, the former vice President of Matkalvina, to try and win more votes. Other independence movements were split between endorsing the MPN and the National party, with some having different ideas of how far they wanted their policies to be.
The welfare state improvements were incredible popular and the scandals did hinder their success but ultimately shifted all parties to the left politically. This exasperated the gap between the NP and MPN where the National party proper were leaning more left to take more United-People-Progressive votes away, while the MPN remained the main right-wing nationalist party. Skalgar stated his intention to step down as President after his third term in office.
