CW3-serie MBT: Difference between revisions

The CW3 Main Battle Tank is the latest installation in the CW-series of Ceironian MBT nomenclature formally adopted in the 2450s onwards. The CW3A90 is the latest, current Main Battle Tank of the Ceironian Army - its primary objective was to replace the aging CW2 fleet in the 2470s and 80s, which was proving obsolete vsagainst Sutonesse, Solanese, Ciyugan, Fazarian and HKA armored vehicles. The CW3A90 features many new features that many other armies have not adopted - those being a [[soft-kill, active protection system]] [COPE] to deter ATGM's and guided munitions, as well as a welded hull and turret, and modular armor systems which will see proper use in the CW3A2000-serie Prototype.
