=History=

Ceironia was founded thousands of years ago in the Latango Peninsula. At the time, it was simply known as the Latango Kingdom, but as civil conflict died down, the new generation of this kingdom began to look to the coasts of what would in the future be known as simply "Ceironia." Her great voyagers and cartrographers scoured to the north, discovering arid mountains, to the east, discovering a large steppe and desert just north of that, and to the south, lush grasslands and woodland. Her citizens began to move, rapidly encompassing the eastern coast of Ceironia. Stretching from the south of modern-day Estya to the area now known as Oceanius. This marked the first era of expansion for the state.

 

As the years mounted, a new national identity was sought out - the old name of Latango wasn't fitting anymore. Only being the capital of this vast, newly formed nation stretching along the coast and deep inland. A new name, a new people. At this time, the Imperium Ceironium was formed. It was by far, in its time, the strongest nation on the current-day landmass of Ceironia. It outclassed the ancient nation of Eglyia and the horde of Kashini substantsially. Its population was vast and her lands fertile.
