Lord Diodiér Hines, the 7th Duke of Epelirthines (1872 - 1932) was an Empheri noble statesman who is famous for helping write the rejected 1931 Nieuwheim Constitution, and subsequently being executed for treason on the 1932 Day of Damnation.
