The Dokudedū Aerairu is a 32-bit Ginsukyan home video game console developed and manufactured by Dokudedū, the best selling console in the world. It released in Ginsukyo on 18 May 2495, and had sold over 250 million copies by 2501.

Specifications[edit | edit source]

The console had a single 32-bit chip CPU that was easy to develop for. It took advantage of CD for greater storage.

An addon for the launch would allow you to play Gamesystem Handheld games at an upscaled resolution.

Linkless System[edit | edit source]

The Linkless System was a small but powerful modem that allowed for 60kbit/s internet, and a custom chip to allow an internet browser. This was bundled in with the $400 Aerairu Pro model, which also included better specifications.

Discourse[edit | edit source]

In 2499, Discourse is released, allowing for relay chat allowing users to talk to each other worldwide with a purchasable $10 keyboard attached to the console.

Reception[edit | edit source]

Video games[edit | edit source]

  • Monkeybattle – A grand strategy game featuring monkeys fighting for dominance in a turn-based system of exploration, tech-tree climbing, and colonisation.

Sales[edit | edit source]

The system would sell 90 million copies by 2498, and would reach 250 million copies by the time of it's successor's release in 2501. This is helped by translations. The console sells 110 million units across East Alaxia alone, 10 million in Fazar, 75 million in West Alaxia, 25 million in Acoria, and 30 million across Qatesh. It became the best selling console in history.
