The Nayrodan of each district delegate or support others' candidates for the elections. Electoral blocs are decided by the nayrodan themselves.

Candidates will then be asked to present the following information:

*Name; *Age; *Photo; *National ID with Photo (not published);

*Scholarship; *Job; *Current company and their identification (not published, will be checked against a list of whitelisted companies);

*Organizations or Party the candidate has been part of and the dates;

*Current Organization or Party;

**If any of the information doesn't match government resources,

the candidate will be disqualified for the cycle and, if it regards important information,

fined and banned from participating for the next 3 electoral cycles. (If any crimes are found out the candidate will be prosecuted for them)**

* Debates happen two or three times depending on what the Electoral Commitee finds necessary,

after the end of the first debates attendees are then asked to vote in a poll;

based on its results half of the candidates is dismissed.

One to two hours after the end of the final debate (or more if deemed necessary) elections for the local council officially begin.

during the debates strict regulations are issued in which:

**Inflamatory Language, Improper Language, Any form of harrassment, physical or spoken, to any group, race or individual will result in immediate disqualification, and depending on the gravity, prosecuted for whichever crimes they have commited.**

General disrespect, disrespect towards your peers during the debate, use of aggressive,

loud voice and yelling will result in an advertence and if continued, disqualification from the elections (the gravity of the action may result in more severe punishment)

Local councils elect their own government (i.e. leader of executive) and the members for the provincial councils

MLCs can be impeached at any point by a 2 thirds majority of the LC, impugnated by the Vayyran Nayroda or Provincial Nayroda or be impeached by a 3 fifths majority of workers' councils from the district the MLC is from

For any government role the candidate has to pass through a psychological test
