This kingdom would soon see it's demise during the Adzeryian civil war, a conflict between two brothers over the right to rule upon their father, the late king Hurdani's passing. The civil war would lead to a weakened Adzeryian realm, one plagued with famine and a weak military. What would be left would be a hollow shell of the former Adzeryian Kingdom, one that would soon be overthrown by one of the tribes that inhabited it, the Xegodians.

==== The Azo-Xegodian Kingdom ====
The very first civilization to resemble Fazar was the Azo-Xegodian Kingdom, a former nomadic people that had chose to settle within the deserts of Lazar and the fertile and lush forests of the Quad. Through their ability to wage superior warfare against many of the other civilizations in central Alaxia by utilizing the famed Azarian Horse Archer, they would be capable of cementing themselves as a permanent kingdom within the area.
The very first civilization to resemble Fazar was the Azo-Xegodian Kingdom. When the Adzeryian Kingdom was left crippled due to the civil war, Xarthanos of the Khamah tribe, otherwise known as the Xegodians would seize the moment and overthrow the Adzeryian dynasty. In the wake of the destruction of the capital of Bokhud, he would force a marriage between himself and the heiress to the Adzeryian line, cementing the new Azo-Xegodian dynasty as the central power within the new kingdom. Due to the former capital being heavily destroyed, and wanting to symbolize a rebirth for the realm, the newly self appointed king would move the capital to the far eastern city of Bozanyr.

Despite not originating from an Azarian family, King Xarthanos was quick to adopt many of the Azarian traditions and ways of life, quickly finding himself to assimilate with the people, while promoting his own people to do the same. While this was met with heavy backlash, few would dare to go against the will of Xarthanos.

===== Khamah (Xegodians): The Origins =====
The Khamah are said to have originated in the great steppes and deserts in between the Valari the Azo-Xegodian Kingdom around 0011 XY. They shared some distant assertory with original Azarian tribes but had branched off early on. Displaced by the expansions of Emperor Sazan I, They would become a war like peoples raiding nearby tribes and occasionally themselves. Due to being in a almost perpetual state of conflict they would become masters of hit and run tactic's and swift assaults. This is one of the reasons why they were able to take down the Azderyians so quickly. Due to their warrior culture and constant infighting among their people, males often died very young, which would result in prominent female figureheads within Khamah society.
