Henrij Bescheur

Henrij Kristoph Veldij–Bescheur (19 November 2432 – 22 November 2480) was an Empheri serial criminal known for his immoral experiments in the late 2470s. Arrested in 2479, he was assassinated whilst on trial by the sister of one of Bescheur's victims.
