List of Valari Rulers
This page is a list of monarchs of Valar throughout it's existence. While the true monarchy has only existed since the conception of the first empire. Substitutes or similar positions existed before that.
Nomadic Era
The first rulers of the Valari people were not kings, they were elected chieftains, titled as 'High Chief of the Vahari', the first ever High Chief was Kasir Izanyr. The title and authority of the chief was officially abolished around 10 XY, however, it became defunct around the beginning of the rule of Kasir Adran 'Ahadi', when the first City-states were formed.
