Lucjan Nevarez

Lucjan Nevarez (13 March 2173 - 3 April 2220), frequently called by the nickname Lucky Devil, was the self proclaimed emperor of the Cleostratian Federation. First serving as a general and then proclaiming himself the Head of State. Nevarez rose to prominence during the Cleostratian Conquest of Veron and Great Egnostran War for 2/3 of it before succumbing to cancer. His political and cultural legacy is controversial amongst South Solanese people due to him weakening the Egnothian city-states, leaving them open to West Suton and being generally Authoritarian, but overall is considered one of the greatest military leaders in Oikian history. Although some historians debate whether it was his luck or skill that made him extremely competent.
