  • High Kingdoms of Alaxia - the Constitution's equality cause legally protects all sexualities from society and the workplace. The constitution also protects the right of all people to marry whomever they want. Often, inter-species homosexual marriage is seen as a strictly inter-species rights issue as gay marriage is widely accepted.
    • Empherias - the Sexualities Act 2402 passed by the Provisional Government under Prime Minister Felix D'laminet established complete legality for homosexuality and as such allowed marriage rights. It was believed that this was requested by the Rijkdottir Abigail I, whose daughter was a closeted lesbian - who then married a woman the followed year in 2403. The Sexualities Act 2402 was officially repealed in 2448 in order to adopt the Constitution of the HKA, which included many similar laws, and expanded the protections on other sexualities. In 2497, the Third King administration passed the Expanded Sexuality Protection Act 2497 which would expand legal protections to more sexualities that weren't covered in the original constitution, banning all types of conversion therapy loopholes, and tailoring some more minor and specific issues to suit Empheri laws. This bill was amended again in 2499.
