Nieuwbourg

Nieuwbourg is a port city and exclave of the Kingdom of Empherias. It borders the Sea of Koresa and the Province of Koresa within the High Kingdoms of Alaxia. It was first leased to Empherias in 2402 when both nations were independent to give Empherias a coast. A renewed treaty was signed the following year in 2403 with amendments by Ahitereira, who was in union with Koresa. Goods and people would reach the port via a company owned railway between Nieuwbourg and Vreimer.
