Nieuwbourg Assembly

The Nieuwbourg Assembly is a 50-member elected body, that leads the City Authority of Nieuwbourg in the High Kingdom of Empherias. The mayor is elected through a single-transferrable vote system within the members of the assembly and serves as a non-partisan position within government. Elections to the assembly take place every four years.
