The United and Indivisible Council of the Seven Honoured Clans of Skuria (Skurian: Zjidu ji Neoderu Rod Sadvu Noru iRüdiji Skuriji), commonly referred to as the Council of Skuria (Rod Skuriji) or just Skuria, is a nation in northern Alaxia. It was formed in the early XXVth century, after the two hundred year long Skurian Warring States Period came to an end. Since the Great War it has closely cooperated with Valar and later the High Kingdoms of Alaxia, firmly standing inside their sphere of influence. The nation, true to its name, is ruled by a council of the heads of the seven Skurian "Klans", "iRüd", wealthy and influential families who once ruled parts of Skuria as independent warlords. After recent reforms by a young reformist wing within the iRüd, the government of Skuria is much less authoritarian, with a semi-independent judiciary and local elections.
