The ''[[United and Indivisible Council of the Seven Honoured Clans of Skuria]]'' is the governing body of Skuria. It is comprised of the seven Rodnji. Each of the Rodnji is the head of one of the seven Honoured Clans of Skuria, the immensely rich and powerful families ruling the nation. Each year the council elects the head of the council and thus the Head of State of Skuria, the Stjir Rodnji, who represents the nation in diplomacy and has the final say on any decisions made by the council. The current Stjir Rodnji is [[Alesjius Sktariji Stjirsktar]], the elderly and respected head of the Sktari clan, who is currently serving his fifth consecutive term as Stjir Rodnji. Under the council there are two branches of the government itself - the [[High Court]], the highest judicial organ of the nation, and the [[High Ministry]], the executive branch of the government. Both of these organs are directly appointed and subordinate to the council.
