The governor of Iculus, Sycophanta Laetinius, feeling that the Senate should have elected HIM as emperor declared himself as emperor and denounces the Senate for being traitors. The governor of Litus, Laurentius Hortensis, declared himself the King of Litus wanting become independent from the Solan Empire. The governor of Egnostra declares neutrality in the war and thus the civil war would start.
