The systems of governance in the region had strong hierarchies with a powerful military and religious aristocracy. The Kloresan faith was able to also remain consistent due to the constant communication between chiefs from each village.

The first written descriptions of the inhabitants of the Vitorian peninsula, specifically the Faloghianos of Northern Vitoria, by Anternian strategist and historian Veriko Larata, referred to them as: "Colorful savages who have their women rule due to sheer logistical laziness".

While there were other tribes, the Faloghianos society was the most powerful, being in a powerful geographical position economically and agriculturally, fittingly leading them to also be the most cultural influential in the prehistory of Ahitereira. To this day, a small minority of Faloghianos nativesdescendants still lives in the city of Vitoria.
