Atlantia is part of ODA, although its still had ties with COPE. == Early History == Atlantia is formed after the end of the era of Warring Nomadic City States period by the unification of the City States under the rule of the City State of Mediterria, which is today's capital of Atlantia. It had since launch an expansionist campaign to establish a standing small empire. It had established is first diplomatic contact with Sinkraja (today modern Jimaria).
