The '''High Kingdoms of Alaxia''', commonly just referred to as the '''High Kingdoms''' or just '''HKA''' is a union of five countries in eastern [[Alaxia]]. It is made up of the constituent countries of '''[[Valar|KiavarKiavalar]], [[Ahitereira]], [[Koresa]], [[Empherias]]''' and '''[[Peryzium]]'''. It was first formed upon the death of the previous monarch of Ahitereira-Koresa, and Kiavar, which had been held in a personal union. This tied the two nations together to form the union in 2447. the High Kingdoms soon after began negotiations with the Kingdom of Empherias to incorporate them into the territory as an equal constituent country. This connection was based off of historical Koresan influence in Empherias, a new ideological issue about Pro-Kloresian identity within Empherias and Koresa, and a worrying rumour that Empherias was in talks to unify with the Hveden Federation. Empherias joined the union in 2448 but didn't take part in the central government until a new parliament was elected in 2449. Peryzium joined the union later.
