Overview[edit | edit source]
The New Order Universe is a fictional universe where the story of the Popular dystopian comic book series by the same name take place. This universe is particularly popular in the OFN member states, due to the patriotic connotations it imposes, such that it's still being published as of the current day (2500 XY).
The comic book series, where the universe was first published, depicts a Alternate History[1] Scenario, where Cralas and Ceironia won the Great War, and soon after rapidly occupied the rest of it. It is set in the early 2500s, and follows the story of the global resistance fighting Cralas and Ceironia, and as the comics progress the Ceironians and Cralasians eventually start feuding with each other, due to grievances between the such. In the world it is also depicted a dehumanizing aspect to both Ceironia and Cralasia, as they're simply shown as monsters who've killed 150 million and enslaved large parts of the Oikian population, as well as forcing a caste system, with their own ethnicities above the others.
Ceironia and Cralas are both depicted as trying to convert the people into their cultures and practices, despite the different methods (Cralas through kidnappings and Ceironia through schools and youth groups), as well as kicking the people who are seen as "incurable", or in our case the Solanese, Ionaeans and Sutonese, to camps in the jungle of Ladros.
Inspiration[edit | edit source]
What inspired John Fauci and Thedore Llerwo were the outlandish claims of the 3rd Order during the Ciyugan civil war, to expand their realm across the rest of Qatesh and deport all the natives to the Ladrossian and Ruskvi Jungles. John and Theodore were conscripted to fight for the Solanese army during the "8th Great Northern War" which as a result fueled their hate for Cralas and contributed to the way Cralasians were potrayed during the six novels.
