The Protections of Peoples to Protest the Oil Crisis Act 2458, also known as the Anti-Fazar Act, was a bill passed by the ruling Socialist party of Empherias in September 2458 – it was given royal assent on 11 October 2458. The bill was brought to the Supreme Court of the High Kingdoms of Alaxia after the opposition, the Liberal party, believed it violated the constitution pertaining to freedom of speech, and equality of opinion. The Supreme Court made a judgement on the case on 6 July 2460, ordering it to be updated in accordance to guidelines set out by the body. The updated bill was passed on 8 October 2460 and was not challenged, however it removed many of the key aspects of the bill making it functionally useless. The bill was officially repealed by Scarlett May's government in May 2476.

The bill censored and prohibited some forms of pro-Fazarian sentiment during the Karkuss–Fazar Oil Crisis of 2458–2459, while Karkuss aligned sentiment was left unrestricted. By the time of the Supreme Court's decision to change it, the war was over and so the key aspects removed were too late for the main harms the bill caused. However, publicly supporting or visiting Fazar in political office was deemed heavily risky until the law was repealed in 2476.
