Yucili (Ginsukyan: yucili, [yu'tsiˌli], lit. 'Three Li'), plural Yuciliyi (yuciliyi, [yu'tsiˌli.ji]), means 'city' in Ginsukyan. In ancient Turiko society, the term was used to mean the newly founded settlements after the migration that were much larger than the previous villages. As a single village was ruled by a Li in Turiko society, the larger size of a Yucili meant that more than one Li controlled the Yucili. Coordination between the Liyi was via the Gurin, which usually represented of the three most powerful Liyi in the Yucili. For this reason, these new cities were named "Three Li" in reference to the fact they were usually controlled by three Liyi.
