Ňaryeňa Ritaňi Konnaxantêš or Ňaryeňa Ritaňi Konaxandèh (born 14 May 2494) is a Sinkayyi politician who has served as a member of the National Maghistariyya of Sinkayya since 2514 and as President of the National Maghistariyya of Sinkayya since 2520.
She was the first woman to mutually hold the roles of President and General Secretary simultaneously, and the first person other than Kêmalah Yaxov Valyarinʼ to do so outside of an interim government.
She was one of the key figures in the Radiant Revolution.
