Lady Catalina Clemenceau c'el Richelieu, First Baroness Richelieu[2] (7 February 2390 – 30 January 2490), commonly referred to as Richelieu, was a Kiavalari stateswoman and diplomat, largely known for her efforts in the creation of the High Kingdoms of Alaxia as well orchestrating the peace treaty that resolved the Great War. She was the first President of the High Kingdoms of Alaxia, from 2447 to 2459, having one of the longest terms, of over 13 years. She was also one of the leading members of the Liberal Party.
