The River Ewynn is one of the largest rivers in the world, and it is the largest river in length, discharge and basin area in Eastern Alaxia. It is an international river, offering vital economic and transportation opportunities to Koresa, Empherias, Grensalbourg, and Palakkinen. Several major cities, including Wynnoa and Querença, rely on the river for their existence. The Ewynn experiences a significant melt season, in which the river can flood its banks severely. The melt season in question varies year to year, with some seasons experiencing more than 200,000 m3/s of flow leaving the river. The river typically peaks around the 2nd week of November, and its lowest flow commences around mid-late July.
