Gateshaven East and Nieuwbourg is the 21st congressional district of Empherias for electing a single member to the House of Representatives of the High Kingdoms of Alaxia. It was created in 2449 and is currently held by TBD of the TBD.

The constituency contains the exclave of Nieuwbourg, the eastern parts of the city of Gateshaven, and the Fernstunkar peninsula.
