House of Representatives of the High Kingdoms of Alaxia

The House of Representatives is the single elected chamber in the High Kingdoms of Alaxia. The chamber consists of 530 representatives elected every three years in November. Of these, each constituent country has an equal 103 representatives regardless of population, alongside 10 representatives from the federal territories of Esperiy, Aether, and Etherevar, and 5 elected from different overseas regions. Because of this, The seat distribution was set equally to give smaller countries in terms of population such as Peryzium and Koresa much more representation over laws that govern them, where Kiavalar and Ahitereira have a lot of influence over the presidency due to the nature of it's popular vote elections. The Premier is elected as the leader of the party with the most seats in the chamber in a confidence vote in January following an election. They act as the tie-breaker in circumstances where that is required, set federal government agenda, and form the government and appoint committee members. All cabinet members to the President of the High Kingdoms of Alaxia must be representatives.
