High Royal Marquess or Marquise

The title of High Royal Marquess for men, and High Royal Marquise for women is an honour given by the Monarch of the High Kingdoms of Alaxia for outstanding service to the country. It is the rarest award, having only around 200 recipients in history, with the award first being given out in 2447. The awards are usually given out on very important days to the union or the state. For example, most awards given to Empheris are given out on their national day, 21 December.
