The International Health and Disease Research Organization, commonly known by it's acronym IHDRO is an international organization run by the World Institution for Science and Exploration under mandate from the International Concord. It coordinates worldwide research on disease and treatments, responses to pandemics and disease outbreaks, and offers developmental assistance and advisement to countries with poor health infrastructure.

Notably, they aided in the Cralas nuclear relief efforts alongside the Red Crescent, and helped pioneer research on the effects of radiation on human beings as well as potential palliative medical treatments. They also helped developed the MMR vaccine, and conducted studies on the Ginosukyoan healthcare system.

The organization is funded through a combination of donations from the IC, WISE, and private fundraising efforts. It is governed by an executive council of medical experts elected from the medical boards of WISE, with approval from the IC.
