Politics of Empherias Elections

The Labour Party, officially the Labour Party of Empherias, and also known colloquially as the Poppies, is one of the major political parties in Empherias. They assign all of they electors to the Red Bloq during High Kingdoms presidential elections.

The colloquial term, Poppies, originates as a shortened form for the People's Populist Party that existed between 2395 and 2417. The term was also used for the Pro-Kloresian Unification Socialists, which existed between 2446 and 2454. The terms are used interchangeably between these parties because of their similar ideologies, political evolution, and branding which included the colour purple.
