Lady Lucia Emmelie King, Baroness of Ryleigh (born 11 December 2460) is an Empheri politician who served as Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Empherias within the High Kingdoms of Alaxia between 2488 and 2500. On 18 December 2499, she become a peer and given the title of Baroness of Ryleigh by the King of the High Kingdoms.
Having served as Deputy Prime Minister since the Socialist victory in the 2487 provisional election, she was a trusted member of the high cabinet. Following PM Alistair Walker's assassination, she was sworn in as his successor on 9 July 2488 - initially as an interim. She was reconfirmed by the wider Socialist party in a leadership election where nobody opposed her leadership on 1 August 2488. She would later go on to win the 2491, 2495 and 2499 provisional elections resulting in one landslide majority, and two coalition governments respectively. She resigned on 11 August 2500 following rumours of a pre-emptive resignation and a scandal and was replaced by James Williamson.
