Monarchy of Empherias
The monarchy of Empherias was the absolute and later constitutional form of government by which a hereditary sovereign reigned as the head of state of the Kingdom of Empherias. Since 1 December 2448, on the event of Empherias joining the High Kingdoms of Alaxia, the monarchy was replaced by the Ahitereiran and Kiavalari royal families. The traditional Empheri line, which goes back hundreds of years, still reign over Grensalbourg and the Hveden Federation. The monarch uses the title of either Rijkse for men, and Rijkdottir for women, which means son (or daughter) of the kingdom. The current monarch presiding over Empherias is King Albert of the High Kingdoms, while the current monarch of the Empheri line is Rijkse George V of Grensalbourg and the Hveden Federation.
