• Douglas T. Minyor - Executive of the Ceironian National Industrial Conglomerate from 2451 to 2480, died due to complications inside a Federation-II rocket he was a passenger within blowing up in low-earth-orbit. Numerous controversies was raised upon that event further causing discontent amongst the Ceironian population as millions believe that a so-called Ceironian "deep-state", within the government assassinated Douglas Nimroy.
• Elizabeth Rose - Leader of the Empherian Socialist Party from it's founding in 2398 until 2424. She served as Prime Minister between 1911 and 1912 and again between 1915 and 1924. She is often seen as promoting the idea of socialism widespread throughout Empherias and creating it's success. She is the first of many socialist Prime Ministers which dominated the nation's politics for the next century. She mentored many future Empherian Prime Ministers such as Alice Rettels and Katelyn Roberts, and also guided the High Kingdom's own socialist party, the Red Bloq, to huge success in national elections.
• Lucy King - Leader of the Empherian Socialist Party from 2488 until the present. She served as Prime Minister during the whole time. She inherited the role at age 20 following the assassination of her colleague Alistair Walker but oversaw one of the biggest electoral landslides in the history of Empherias during the 1991 General Election. She oversaw the invasion of mobile phones, widespread usage of computers and the beginning of the internet age.
• Qorisisa Vilka Qolque, Qorisisa Huayta Qolque & Khuyaq Sorichaki Qolque - The father-sons trio who invented motorized flight with the Inchipala ('Firefly') plane and later the creators of Kuntur Tantaschiqa, the aviation manufacturing company. The elder son, Qorisisa Vilka Qolque, was a former Vayunkawan trooper, and used his experience to create his ideas for motorized gliders. Their firm, Kuntur Tantaschiqa, still remains as a major manufacturer of civilian aircraft.

• Az - XWR2 Ex-Moderator known for his highly chaotic and at times toxic play-style albeit hella based.
• RoyalHilo - The first player to play as an PMC rather than a country. Also a global Mod.
• H2N3 - AKA Nelay;H7N7, he's known for being persistent on his play-style, and according to several, does wordsoups on his posts.
• ZombieLizard - Late Moderator, responsible for the moderation of Nuclear Bombs in the late game.
• Connor Gorski (OOC) - Foundations of the XWR2 map.
• TheRedArmyIsTheStrongest(OOC) - Known as Red, or TRAITS, or Sima, or Meishu. (He has many names.) Former Admin, Dev, and Mod. He created WISE, was the first owner of Zazar, and is known for being a sketchy Weeb. He also made West Suton, which evolved into Modern Suton.
