Royal University of Rosetta

The Royal University of Rosetta is a research public university in the Wynnoa Borough of Rosetta, Empherias, High Kingdoms of Alaxia. It is the oldest university still in operation in Empherias with teaching beginning in 1989. It is ranked as one of the most prestigious universities in the High Kingdoms or perhaps, the world. Several high profile scientists, politicians, bankers, etc have been known to have study at the university.
