Overview
Scoitlan is one of the Most ancient state that has ever existed in Oikias history. It was a influental powerful Dwarf empire and had strong ties with Solan but it would later collapse with The Great Plague in 1953 XY. In the future 19th Century Solan had sent 300k Troops in one its Rivers to watchout for Order Expansion. The Third Order would later occupy the area and those who few who hadnt espaced Were Enslaved or Killed. In the present Scoitlan is the Largest Dwarf state.
